Welcome to uGuides Early Access
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the following Terms.
Voluntary Participation
uGuides Early Access is entirely voluntary. You can share as much or as little as you wish during quizzes, profiling, or interactions with AI companions like Starguide.
You may skip questions or stop activities at any time. Choosing not to answer or to stop participating will not affect your relationship with uGuides or your access to the platform.
Early Access Nature
uGuides is currently in an Early Access phase. Features may change, content may update, and interruptions may occur.
Future Access and Subscription
uGuides Early Access is free for participants during the testing phase.
In the future, access to the full uGuides platform may require a paid subscription.
Early Access participants may be offered discounted rates or special benefits when full services launch.
Participation in Early Access does not obligate you to subscribe to the full platform, and you may choose to unsubscribe or discontinue use at any time.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
uGuides integrates artificial intelligence (AI) agents to support your experience, including Starguide and other background systems. Some outputs — such as profiling suggestions or tools for work — are generated with the help of AI.
About Starguide. Starguide is a user facing AI companion.It can help you explore ideas, suggest tools, and discuss possible workplace accommodations. However, Starguide’s outputs are provided for informational purposes only and:
- Are not clinical advice, legal advice, or any form of professional advice.
- May not be accurate, complete, or suited to every situation.
- May occasionally include errors, misunderstandings, or outdated information.
Please always use your own judgment when interpreting AI outputs. If you have medical, legal, financial, or workplace accommodation needs, consult a qualified human expert.
About Other AI Agents. We may also use supporting AI systems operating in backend systems to aggregate user responses, improve system quality, and enhance your platform experience. These systems do not interact directly with users.
User Conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You may not use uGuides to harass, harm, or deceive others. Please do not share sensitive or personal information about yourself or others.
Data and Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using uGuides, you grant us permission to use your input internally to improve the platform.
- By participating, you agree that anonymized portions of your interactions may be used to improve and train uGuides’ AI systems, models, and tools. This includes supporting learning for our AI agents to better serve all users.
- Personal identifiers are removed before any analysis.
- We will not sell your personal information.

No Guarantees
We do our best to provide accurate and useful information, but we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be complete, error-free, or suited to every user.
uGuides is provided “as is” during Early Access, with no warranties.
We are not liable for any actions taken based on Early Access content.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Major updates will be shared with Early Access users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
